Senior Clinical Project Manager – General Medicine

About the role

The FSO team is looking for a Senior Clinical Project Manager (or Clinical Project Manager II) specialized in General Medicine to lead global clinical trial projects. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while ensuring patient centricity.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project performance toward contracted deliverables, balancing customer needs and operational excellence.
• Own the client relationship and coordinate with internal experts to develop data‑driven project strategies.
• Manage scope, timelines, risk, quality, and budget throughout the end‑to‑end project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate financial, project, and quality risks using risk‑management and quality‑by‑design principles.
• Oversee project budgets, forecast revenue, and ensure accurate cost tracking.
• Lead change‑order processes and monitor key performance indicators for client‑specific metrics.
• Provide inspiring leadership to build high‑performing, multicultural project teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of global project management experience, with proven expertise in General Medicine clinical trials.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional, multicultural teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data dashboards and risk‑management tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and internal audiences.
