Senior Business Development Representative – Outbound Sales

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Business Development Representative to own and scale our outbound sales development function. This hands‑on individual contributor will design, launch, and optimise outbound campaigns, generate qualified meetings, and lay the groundwork for a future BDR team.

Key responsibilities

• Define ideal customer profiles, target segments and prospecting criteria.
• Design multi‑channel outreach sequences (email, phone, social) and launch outbound campaigns.
• Continuously test and refine messaging, targeting and cadence to improve performance.
• Conduct daily prospecting, engage leads, qualify opportunities and book demo meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate prospect, activity and pipeline data in the CRM.
• Manage outbound sales engagement tools and ensure proper lead tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience generating qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure, test and optimise campaign results.
• Self‑starter who can balance strategic planning with day‑to‑day execution.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage prospects across multiple channels.
