Senior Auditor – Cybersecurity & Healthcare (Argentina)

About the role

GlobalLogic is seeking a Senior Auditor to lead cybersecurity and compliance engagements for healthcare clients in Argentina. You will combine deep technical knowledge of security frameworks with strong consulting and client‑facing skills.

Key responsibilities

• Manage up to three concurrent audit engagements, overseeing quality and delivery.
• Lead a junior consultant, delegating tasks and ensuring technical excellence.
• Participate in scoping calls, provide input for sales, and develop thought‑leadership content such as blogs and white papers.
• Evaluate client environments against NIST, HIPAA, HITRUST, CMS and other standards, identifying gaps and recommending remediation.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to create tailored security packages, roadmaps, and AI‑enabled tools.
• Drive practice improvement initiatives, including new tool roll‑outs and standardized risk analysis processes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in security audit, compliance, risk management or data‑privacy roles.
• 3+ years of healthcare‑focused cybersecurity work, preferably consulting.
• Proven ability to lead client conversations at C‑suite level and manage project budgets.
• Strong problem‑solving, multitasking and time‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of NIST‑800‑53, 800‑30, 800‑37, 800‑39, 800‑61, 800‑161.
• HIPAA and HITRUST compliance expertise.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMS audit processes.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCP, CHPS, HCISPP, CCSK, CCSFP, CIPP/US) and cloud certifications.
