Senior Associate, Travel, Meetings & Events Service

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Associate to support the Travel, Meetings & Events team within its Global Delivery Services. The role involves managing travel operations, delivering learning sessions, and liaising with the travel management company to ensure high‑quality service for EY travelers, primarily in the LATAM region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate M&E guidelines and procedures for the LATAM region and ensure compliance with EY standards.
• Support travel operations, meeting sourcing, contracting, and increase spend under management.
• Liaise with EY staff and suppliers to resolve issues and guarantee correct use of standardized contracts and agreements.
• Drive best practices, cost savings, and enhance traveller experience in line with global procurement policy.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Business, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.
• 3‑5 years of experience in travel, hospitality, or M&E within the LATAM region.
• Strong analytical and project management abilities, with excellent English and local language skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Cvent meeting‑industry software.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in data input, document management, and reporting.
