Senior Associate, Production Specialist – Learning & Development

About the role

EY is looking for a Production Specialist Senior Associate to manage the delivery of virtual learning classes. You will work closely with facilitators and learners to ensure seamless technology set‑up, compliance and accurate credit awarding.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and manage learning technology for virtual classrooms, including Zoom, polling, breakouts and simulations.
• Consult with facilitators to document event flow and ensure classes stay on schedule.
• Provide feedback on content effectiveness and assist facilitators with platform features.
• Validate attendance, award learning credits in line with regulatory standards, and review reporting for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot technical or compliance issues during live sessions and escalate complex problems as needed.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in virtual learning production or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under peak‑season pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoom for virtual class delivery.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Microsoft Teams.
• Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
• Experience delivering or facilitating virtual training sessions.
