Senior Associate – Learning & Development Projects Specialist

About the role

As an Americas Learning & Development Projects Specialist – Senior Associate, you will provide advanced operational, process, and technology support for learning projects and programs, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and assisting on special initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive portfolio management activities, including feedback analysis and course maintenance recommendations.
• Maintain facilitator, participant and self‑study material repositories in SharePoint.
• Support project management for a portfolio of learning projects, creating documentation, timelines and communicating progress.
• Complete documentation for SuccessFactors LMS publication, revisions and assignments, and perform quality checks.
• Execute course maintenance, decommissioning and annual reviews, managing curriculum pipelines with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external training vendors, manage contracts, purchase orders and ServiceNow tickets for credit awarding.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English with excellent organization, time‑management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and multicultural environments.
• 3‑7 years of experience in professional services or corporate settings, preferably in learning and development.
• Commercial acumen and business awareness.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning).
• SharePoint for content management.
• ServiceNow (knowledge and hands‑on experience preferred).
• SuccessFactors LMS (knowledge and hands‑on experience preferred).
