Senior Associate, Global Security (STIC Intelligence Analyst)

About the role

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is hiring a Senior Associate for its RMS Global Security team, based in Buenos Aires. Working under the direction of Global Security leadership, the analyst supports the Security and Travel Intelligence Center (STIC) by delivering intelligence monitoring, threat assessments and data analytics insights. The role combines intelligence analysis with data-driven decision support to strengthen organizational resilience and global security operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and assess geopolitical, security, travel and operational risks affecting the organization globally.
• Identify trends, patterns, anomalies and emerging risks through intelligence and data analysis.
• Provide analytical support for investigations, security operations and leadership decisions.
• Collect, validate, analyze and interpret intelligence from internal and external sources.
• Produce intelligence reports, executive briefings and situation reports.
• Support incident management, crisis response, emergency preparedness and business continuity.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across STIC.

Required profile

• 4-7 years of experience in intelligence analysis, threat intelligence, SOC, business intelligence or risk management.
• Master's degree from a reputable institution.
• Experience supporting global teams in a 24x7 environment.
• Knowledge of crisis management, emergency response and business continuity.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work with global stakeholders.

Required skills

• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; excellent written and verbal communication.
• MS Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and preferably Microsoft 365 and Power BI.
• Experience with platforms such as Everbridge and International SOS.
