About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Deals Delivering Deals Value Senior Associate. You will support clients in integrating acquisitions and maximizing investment value, working alongside global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services.

Key responsibilities

Develop post‑merger integration strategies to maximize value.
Navigate complex transactions and provide strategic advice.
Analyze data to generate recommendations and drive value creation.
Engage in stakeholder management and build meaningful client connections.
Apply business process improvement techniques and lead change‑management initiatives.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality client solutions.
Uphold professional and technical standards in all engagements.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree or higher.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong oral and written proficiency in English.
