Senior Assistant, Warehouse Operations

About the role

The Senior Assistant, Warehouse Operations supports resolution of moderately complex shipment, inventory, and reconciliation issues to maintain operational continuity. This role allocates resources, controls inventory records, and ensures orders progress through defined warehouse processes.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate shipment materials, handling resources, and documentation for routine and specialized product movement.
• Control inventory and order‑processing records to maintain transaction accuracy and stock visibility.
• Verify released orders progress through warehouse processes in line with routing and documentation requirements.
• Plan workflow priorities across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch to meet throughput needs.
• Schedule shipment coordination based on release status, pickup timing, and operating dependencies.
• Summarize operational status, traceability information, and exception updates for warehouse monitoring.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED (required); Associate's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, business administration or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or material handling.
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations, pharmacy systems, and pharmacy adjudication.
• Ability to communicate effectively, collaborate across business units, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office applications.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Ability to analyze information, apply mathematical reasoning, and solve operational problems efficiently.
