Senior Android Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Android Engineer to shape the future of our mobile experience. You will design, develop, and maintain high‑performance Android applications that serve millions of users while working in a collaborative, cross‑functional LATAM remote team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, scalable Android apps using Kotlin.
• Maintain code quality through code reviews, unit tests, and UI tests.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best engineering practices.
• Participate in architectural planning, refactoring, and adoption of modern patterns (MVVM, MVI).
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams on API design and integration.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Extensive experience building native Android applications with Kotlin.
• Hands‑on experience with Android 9.0 (API level 28) or higher.
