Senior Agile Coach

About the role

The Senior Agile Coach will be the primary continuity point for all active SUT delivery teams, ensuring healthy sprint execution, quarterly planning, and delivery metrics. The role blends hands‑on facilitation with strategic coaching, emphasizing both immediate delivery visibility and long‑term agile maturity, while actively leveraging AI tools to boost effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the Tax Tech Daily (TTD) to maintain sprint goal clarity, monitor progress, and resolve blockers.
• Lead sprint ceremonies, follow up on retrospectives, and drive continuous improvement across teams.
• Analyze sprint and delivery metrics, using AI‑powered dashboards to surface trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Own the end‑to‑end Quarterly Value Planning (QVP) process, creating and facilitating planning sessions and ensuring realistic commitments.
• Identify and promote AI adoption opportunities that enhance delivery health analysis and team autonomy.

Required profile

• Extensive experience coaching Agile teams at scale, with a proven track record of improving delivery health.
• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to challenge vague goals and drive clear commitments.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can engage technical leads to rescope work and mitigate risks.
• Comfortable using AI tools to augment analysis and decision‑making.

Required skills

• Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe or similar)
• Jira for backlog and sprint management
• AI tools (e.g., Claude, AI‑powered dashboards)
• HTML for dashboard creation and data visualization
