Senior Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking a driven Senior Account Executive to expand our presence in the enterprise SaaS and fintech markets across Latin America. Reporting to the COO, you will work closely with Revenue, Product, and Customer Success teams to close large, complex deals and build long‑term relationships with C‑level executives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with C‑level executives and decision‑makers in enterprise clients, especially within the financial ecosystem in LatAm.
• Lead full‑cycle sales processes for deals of $500K+, from discovery through negotiation and close.
• Identify and cultivate new enterprise opportunities, aligning product capabilities with market needs.
• Contribute to scalable sales processes, go‑to‑market strategies, and sales playbooks.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and exceptional client experiences.
• Track and report on key sales metrics, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.

Required profile

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS or fintech.
• Proven track record of closing large deals ($500K+) and exceeding quotas.
• Strong understanding of credit, lending, or financial infrastructure.
• Fluent in Spanish and English at an executive level, both written and verbal.
• Experience selling to large enterprises or financial institutions in Latin America.
• Demonstrated success in consultative selling and C‑level engagement.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
