Senior Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking a driven Senior Account Executive to expand our presence in the enterprise SaaS and fintech markets across Latin America. Reporting to the COO, you will work closely with Revenue, Product, and Customer Success teams to close large, complex deals and build lasting relationships with C‑level executives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with C‑level decision makers in enterprise financial institutions.
• Lead full‑cycle sales for deals of $500K+ from discovery through negotiation and close.
• Identify new enterprise opportunities across the region and maintain a strong pipeline of high‑value prospects.
• Contribute to scalable sales processes, go‑to‑market strategies and sales playbooks.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and client satisfaction.
• Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline health and forecast accuracy.

Required profile

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS or fintech.
• Proven track record of closing deals of $500K+ and exceeding quota.
• Deep understanding of credit, lending or financial infrastructure.
• Fluent in Spanish and English at an executive level.
• Experience selling to large enterprises or financial institutions in Latin America.
