Semi Senior Project Manager – Marketing Projects

About the role

As a Semi Senior Project Manager you will lead cross‑functional teams to plan, execute and deliver marketing projects on time and within budget. The role requires a proactive, flexible mindset and a strong aptitude for collaboration and learning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end project life cycle from briefing and creative development through delivery.
• Define and improve processes internally and across multiple agencies.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, deliverables and communication for assigned marketing programmes.
• Partner with account management and finance to scope projects and manage budgets.
• Allocate and oversee resources, managing their time on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Work closely with teams to ensure scope and deliverables are met.
• Conduct quality control and review of team deliverables.
• Manage creative trafficking for client review and feedback.
• Track project changes and assess impact on cost and schedule.
• Review project hour burn reports to identify risks and ensure accuracy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience working with cross‑functional teams and clients.
• Experience executing marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL) and understanding basic performance metrics.
• Strong skills in developing and managing project timelines.
• Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable in fast‑paced environments, navigating uncertainty and prioritising tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High energy, go‑getter attitude and comfort with ambiguity.

Required skills

• Technical experience with marketing platforms.
