Semi-Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Semi‑Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The role focuses on designing and producing digital visual assets for product interfaces, social media, and display advertising, ensuring high‑quality, brand‑aligned output across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and fellow designers to create polished visual assets such as branding, digital campaigns, social posts, and presentations.
• Own graphic design tasks end‑to‑end, handling layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy for both print and digital formats.
• Participate in creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and provide/receive feedback to improve design quality.
• Maintain design systems, styleframes, and source assets, preparing deliverables for handoff or publication.
• Stay up‑to‑date with visual design and motion‑graphics trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Multimedia Design or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong eye for detail, ownership mindset, and passion for process improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets).
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of Figma, including component creation and collaborative workflows.
• Solid understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
