Security Operations Center Business Analyst – Remote (Argentina)

About the role

The Security Operations Center (SOC) Business Analyst will evaluate current SOC processes and tools, identify gaps, and propose AI‑driven solutions to improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives. This remote contract position supports the deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI models within the SOC environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing SOC workflows, reporting back‑ends, and technology stack to pinpoint inefficiencies.
• Recommend and design innovative AI‑based enhancements to boost threat detection and minimize false alerts.
• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of AI models used in security monitoring.
• Track model performance metrics and generate data‑driven insights for ongoing refinement.
• Prepare and deliver clear presentations of analytical findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong background in cybersecurity operations or SOC environments.
• Analytical mindset with proven problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Interest in applying AI technologies to security challenges.

Required skills
