Section Manager

About the role

You will lead production operations at a Mondelēz International plant, driving safety, quality, productivity and sustainability targets. The role focuses on implementing the manufacturing strategy and building a high‑performing, self‑sufficient team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver SQCDSM (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Morale) performance targets.
• Manage change and transformation initiatives such as IL6S, Factory of Future (FoF) and autonomous maintenance programs.
• Coach line leaders, cascade operational plans and ensure alignment on KPIs.
• Establish governance to review performance, embed continuous‑improvement mindsets and drive zero‑loss initiatives.
• Oversee compliance with corporate quality, food safety, GMP, health, safety, environment and other standards.
• Lead talent development, attraction and retention strategies for the manufacturing workforce.
• Partner with cross‑functional peers to achieve site‑wide objectives.

Required profile

• Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry.
• Proven track record with TPM, 5S, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, coaching and leadership abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to drive data‑based decisions.
• Motivation to accelerate career growth in a global organization.
