Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Associate to join our team and drive integrated SEO and PPC strategies for B2B clients in the industrial and manufacturing sector. You will own day‑to‑day execution and strategic optimization of both organic and paid search programs, working closely with SEM professionals, client services, and production leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Execute integrated SEO and PPC campaigns for assigned client accounts.
• Conduct keyword research to uncover high‑opportunity groups and optimization tactics.
• Monitor and improve technical website performance to support SEO best practices.
• Implement on‑page optimizations, including metadata, schema markup, and content updates.
• Build, optimize, and maintain Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to meet performance KPIs.
• Audit existing paid media accounts and identify optimization opportunities.
• Track web analytics dashboards, deliver insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Assess user flow and conversion performance across SEO and PPC efforts.
• Recommend budget, bidding, targeting, and creative adjustments to improve paid media results.
• Communicate performance insights and strategic recommendations to internal teams and client services, and occasionally join client calls.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in search marketing or digital marketing.
• Working knowledge of both SEO and PPC best practices.
• Strong analytical and written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client programs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Curiosity and motivation to stay current with SEM trends and platform updates.
