Scheduling Support Agent – Remote Latin America

About the role

Join a fast‑growing US home‑energy company as a Scheduling Support Agent, working remotely from Latin America. You’ll call Texas homeowners, spark interest in energy‑saving solutions, and book home assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Make 250‑300 calls daily using an auto‑dialer with provided leads.
• Engage homeowners, address objections, and schedule home assessments.
• Follow scripts and SOPs, log activity in Salesforce, and meet weekly targets.
• Continuously improve through coaching, call reviews, and feedback.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with clear, confident communication.
• 1‑2 years of experience in call‑center, customer service, or sales‑related roles (or recent graduate).
• Resilient, coachable, self‑motivated, and able to work from home.
• Reliable computer and high‑speed internet; based in Latin America.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM) usage.
• Experience with auto‑dialers such as Five9 (or similar).
