SAP QM Consultant – Pharmaceutical Industry (Mid‑Level)

About the role

Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant to join its international pharmaceutical projects. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimise SAP QM processes that meet strict regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP QM solutions.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP QM processes, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
• Support integration of SAP QM with SAP MM, PP, WM/EWM, and SD modules.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.
• Participate in unit, integration, and user‑acceptance testing.
• Provide troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
• Develop process, configuration, and user‑training documentation.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical quality and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Approximately 5–6 years of experience as an SAP QM Consultant.
• Hands‑on expertise in SAP QM configuration and related business processes.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent English; ability to work independently and with international teams.
• Based in Brazil or Argentina.
