Salesforce Service Cloud & Agentforce Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud & Agentforce Developer to design, develop, and support advanced customer service solutions. The role involves working with a distributed team to deliver integrations and AI-driven agent capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for contact center operations.
• Develop and enhance Agentforce/AI Agents, including topics, instructions, actions, prompts, grounding, and integrations.
• Build scalable Apex classes, triggers, batch Apex, queueable Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
• Create and maintain REST and SOAP integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
• Design and maintain various Salesforce Flows (Screen, Record‑Triggered, Scheduled, Autolaunched).
• Configure platform components such as objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, approval processes, permission sets, profiles, custom metadata, and settings.
• Perform administration tasks including user management, security, case management, queues, Omni‑Channel, reporting, dashboards, and Service Cloud Voice setup.
• Utilize SQL and SOQL for data querying, troubleshooting, and analysis.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, product owners, and distributed development teams.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of Salesforce development and implementation experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Service Cloud, Agentforce, Apex development, Salesforce Flows, integrations, and administration.
