Sales Support Analyst – Latin America

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Support Analyst to join our team in Argentina and provide commercial and operational assistance to distribution partners across Latin America. You will act as the primary point of contact for order‑related inquiries, ensuring a smooth and responsive customer experience through our digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage order processing and commercial support for distributors, integrators, and system builders throughout Latin America.
• Handle customer inquiries, tickets, complaints, and non‑standard order requests, delivering timely, high‑quality responses.
• Support logistics follow‑up, documentation, invoicing queries, credit holds, and export‑control requirements.
• Maintain and promote the use of Alfa Laval’s e‑commerce tools, including the Anytime platform.
• Conduct virtual training sessions for partners on digital ordering tools.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor service performance to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Logistics, International Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in order support, customer support, e‑commerce operations or B2B sales support.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requests in a fast‑paced environment and demonstrate ownership of challenges.
• Advanced English and fluent Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and digital sales tools.
