About the role

Join Whizz’s Remote Sales & Support team to promote electric bikes and provide top‑notch service to customers. This remote position requires a self‑starter with strong sales and customer support skills.

Key responsibilities

Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining excellent service quality.
Provide detailed information about electric bikes, schedule appointments and coordinate deliveries.
Address customer concerns and objections, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
Apply proven selling techniques to convert prospects into loyal clients.

Required profile

Native or fluent Spanish speaker with excellent English (C1‑C2).
Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role.
Availability to work New York time‑zone shifts (9 am‑6 pm or 2 pm‑11 pm).
Reliable high‑speed internet, personal computer and headset.
