About the role

Xometry is seeking a Sales Operations Data Analyst to shape sales strategy by providing reporting and insights on sales data and activities. The role supports sales leadership and drives the development of sales analytics and data strategy.

Key responsibilities

Create, analyze, and distribute reports and dashboards for Sales, including ad‑hoc reporting.
Assist in creating, maintaining, and optimizing analytic models and follow reporting best practices.
Transform data into actionable insights and visualize it using Looker.
Serve as a liaison between data needs and available data, guiding data cleansing efforts.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.
3+ years experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably focused on sales analytics.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Required skills

Advanced SQL.
Looker (and LookML).
Data visualization and dashboard creation.
Familiarity with Snowflake, Salesforce, dbt, GitHub, and Excel.
