About the role
HONOR is expanding its AIoT portfolio and needs a dynamic Sales Manager to lead growth of smart‑ecosystem products such as audio, wearables, small home appliances and IoT home devices. The role combines digital sales, e‑commerce management and offline retail partnership development to achieve revenue targets across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans for the AIoT product range, setting monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage daily operations on e‑commerce platforms, optimizing product listings and conversion rates.
- Plan, launch and monitor PPC advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain and improve store ratings, in‑store merchandising and overall channel performance.
- Identify, onboard and nurture relationships with new retail partners, distributors and physical stores.
- Collaborate with supply‑chain teams to keep healthy stock levels and optimize inventory turnover.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity and support product positioning and pricing strategies.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 + years of sales or operations experience in consumer electronics, small appliances or IoT platforms.
- Proven experience managing e‑commerce back‑ends and driving conversion through data‑driven optimisation.
- Experience in offline retail management is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, fluent in Spanish (native) and proficient in English.
- Passion for smart technology and ability to translate technical specifications into clear consumer value.
