About the role
Emirates, a globally recognised airline with a modern, environmentally‑friendly fleet, is seeking a Sales Manager for its Argentine market. You will act as the bridge between the field sales team and senior management, driving revenue growth across travel agents, corporate clients and key trade partners.
Key responsibilities
- Manage assigned sales territories to meet regional revenue targets and commercial objectives.
- Develop and execute sales plans, monitor account performance and identify opportunities for incremental revenue and market‑share growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, Travel Management Companies and strategic trade partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms within delegated authority and ensure incentive agreements are compliant and effective.
- Lead, coach and develop sales executives, ensuring consistent sales discipline and achievement of individual targets.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies and market trends, providing insights for tactical and strategic decisions.
- Prepare annual sales forecasts, performance reports and conduct regular reviews of account health.
- Represent Emirates at local trade events and maintain effective internal stakeholder relationships.
Required profile
- Degree or Honours in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the travel or aviation sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and competitor activity.
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
