Sales Effectiveness Manager – Change Management (COE)

About the role

Accenture’s Sales Excellence Center of Excellence is looking for a Sales Effectiveness Manager to lead change management and training for its Sales Excellence offerings. In this role you will design, refine and roll out comprehensive change programs that enable sales teams worldwide to adopt new tools, processes and cultures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement change program strategies focused on learning, enablement, stakeholder management, culture, communications and adoption.
• Drive change‑management and training initiatives that support Accenture sales priorities.
• Create and deliver key deliverables such as change strategies, asset development, training materials, videos, job aids, communications, workshop designs and user‑research outputs.
• Draft communication messaging for diverse stakeholder groups and maintain communication channels including website pages, Viva Engage, articles, mailers, emails and leadership presentations.
• Support a global communication strategy tailored to audience segmentation and rollout plans.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Excellence Change Partners, offering leads and partner functions to embed necessary practices, tools, skills and culture.
