Sales Development Representative (SDR) – SaaS B2B

About the role
We are looking for a high‑performing Sales Development Representative to generate outbound pipeline for our SaaS B2B solutions. As the first point of contact, you will identify high‑value prospects and create conversations that turn into qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify decision‑makers in B2B technology organisations.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, uncovering business needs and fit.
- Book qualified meetings and build pipeline for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate activity, lead and opportunity records in a CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly activity and pipeline targets.
- Collaborate with AEs and leadership to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
Required profile
- 2+ years of SDR or outbound B2B sales experience.
- Proven success in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Experience selling or setting appointments for SaaS products (preferred).
- Familiarity with B2B tech environments.
- Strong communication, resilience and a growth mindset.
- Organised, metrics‑driven and comfortable using CRM tools.
