Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote for U.S. Market

About the role

Join Bluedot BPO as a Sales Development Representative focused on the U.S. market while working remotely from Argentina. You will prospect, qualify, and generate sales opportunities for U.S. clients.

Key responsibilities

• Research target companies and identify decision‑makers.
• Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads, hold discovery conversations in English, and log activities in the CRM.
• Maintain accurate records, follow up on opportunities, and meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach quality.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 or higher) for professional communication.
• 1–3 years of B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or business development experience.
• Confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
• Organised pipeline management and familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 12:00–21:00 Argentina time.
