About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking a high‑energy Sales Development Representative to join a client’s outbound sales team serving the U.S. home‑services market. The SDR will generate qualified, high‑intent appointments for the closing team across services such as websites, local SEO, CRM automation, and AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct high‑volume multi‑channel outbound prospecting (50‑70 cold calls, 100+ email touches, LinkedIn, SMS, and Facebook group outreach daily).
  • Qualify prospects using BANT criteria and ensure only decision‑maker‑verified opportunities are booked.
  • Maintain a clean pipeline in GoHighLevel, tagging contacts by vertical, source, channel, and stage.
  • Book consultations, send confirmation and reminder sequences, and achieve show rates above 70%.
  • Provide a detailed pre‑call brief in the CRM for each appointment.
  • Submit daily activity logs and participate in weekly pipeline reviews to meet and exceed KPIs.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B cold‑outbound experience as an SDR, appointment setter, or outbound sales rep targeting U.S. small‑business owners.
  • Neutral or near‑neutral U.S. accent with professional written English.
  • Comfort making 50+ cold calls per day and handling rejection.
  • Hands‑on experience with a CRM; GoHighLevel experience is a strong plus.
  • Reliable home‑office setup (business‑class headset, 50 Mbps+ internet, backup hotspot, quiet workspace, dual monitors preferred).
  • Self‑managed, KPI‑driven and able to work without constant supervision.
