About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to drive prospect engagement and set up qualified appointments for our Account Executives. You will own the outbound sales process, from lead sourcing to nurturing, and help build long‑term relationships with our clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Source high‑quality leads using databases, networking platforms and other channels.
  • Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified prospects for the US market.
  • Design and execute strategic drip email campaigns, including domain warming and sequence setup.
  • Manage technical email outreach, track metrics and maintain accurate data in CRM systems.
  • Engage prospects via email, phone and LinkedIn to secure appointments.
  • Schedule meetings for Account Executives and support the sales funnel.
  • Continuously analyze performance data and optimize outreach tactics.

Required profile

  • 2+ years of sales development experience, preferably targeting the US market.
  • Proven ability to generate a high volume of qualified leads and set appointments.
  • Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
  • Self‑driven, detail‑oriented and comfortable working autonomously.
  • Interest in SaaS technology and leveraging new tools for competitive advantage.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive and HubSpot.
  • Experience using outbound campaign tools and email outreach platforms.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting.
