About the role

We are an EdTech platform that helps families prepare their children for university admissions. As a Sales Closer you will handle inbound calls from pre‑qualified parents and guide them through our education services.

Key responsibilities

Answer inbound sales calls from interested parents during scheduled hours (4 pm‑11 pm ART, 5 days a week).
Close warm education leads, most deals are finalized in a single 15‑45 minute call.
Achieve a target of 14 closed deals per week.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

Required profile

Reliable – consistently available during assigned shifts.
Coachable – open to feedback and quick to apply it.
Clear communicator – confident and easy to understand on the phone.
Self‑motivated – manages performance without constant supervision.
Fluent in English.
