About the role
We are looking for a high‑performing Sales Development Representative to generate qualified opportunities and schedule meetings with senior decision‑makers. The role is focused on outbound B2B outreach and requires a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage VPs, CEOs, CMOs and other senior leaders.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings, converting prospects into sales‑qualified leads.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our Ideal Customer Profile and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
- Use strong communication techniques to present value propositions and handle objections.
- Track all activities and outcomes in CRM and outreach tools.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as an SDR or in a similar cold‑calling role.
- Consistent top‑performer with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
