Sales & Account Representative – Hematology & Oncology (CABA)

About the role

BeOne Medicines is seeking a proactive Sales & Account Representative to promote its oncology and hematology portfolio across Buenos Aires City and Greater Buenos Aires. The role blends medical promotion to healthcare professionals with key‑account management of wholesalers and payers, supporting the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote BeOne’s products to physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.
• Develop and manage relationships with key accounts, including wholesalers and payers, and negotiate contracts.
• Segment physicians and payers, implement negotiation strategies, and adapt to market changes.
• Collaborate with commercial and medical teams to create sustainable sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM and self‑manage travel logistics for field trips.

Required profile

• Valid Medical Sales Representative license (Matrícula de Agente de Propaganda Médica – APM).
• University degree in Health Sciences, Business or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in oncology/hematology within the Argentine healthcare system.
• Strong interpersonal skills, high adaptability, and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
