About the role

Join PwC’s Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Risk & Regulatory Internal Audit Associate. You will support a diverse client portfolio by delivering internal audit services, leveraging AI and risk‑technology tools to enhance audit quality and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance, governance and risk‑management processes.
• Collaborate with clients to optimise internal audit functions, including co‑sourcing and outsourcing models.
• Apply AI and risk‑technology platforms to improve audit efficiency and coverage.
• Use GAAP and GAAS standards for financial‑statement analysis and reporting.
• Perform data analysis to identify patterns, risks and actionable recommendations.
• Support business‑process improvement initiatives and internal‑control design.
• Assist in project‑management activities to ensure timely delivery of audit deliverables.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in audit, risk and regulatory matters.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with AI tools for audit.
