Revenue Accounting Analyst

About the role

AppDirect is seeking a Revenue Accounting Analyst to join its global revenue accounting team. You will support the revenue team’s close and process improvements while collaborating with Accounting & Finance, Legal, Sales, and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review deals and sales orders in NetSuite to ensure proper recording and audit readiness.
• Approve revenue arrangements in NetSuite ARM for defined deal sizes.
• Partner with system teams to enhance revenue system utilization and improve efficiency.
• Execute month‑end revenue close, reconciliations, and identify automation opportunities.
• Assist with external audit processes and lead ad‑hoc cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 2+ years of revenue accounting experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with NetSuite ARM or similar revenue accounting system.
