Resident Support Specialist – Remote (Argentina)

About the role

Open Management is seeking a Resident Support Specialist to join its international team. Working remotely from Argentina, you will be the first point of contact for residents of manufactured housing communities across the United States, helping them with rent, lease, maintenance, and account inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
• Assist with rent payment questions, lease term clarifications, and maintenance request coordination.
• Collaborate with Community Managers, Regional Property Managers, and internal support teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s property management systems.
• Provide consistent, high‑quality customer service that reflects the company’s core values.

Required profile

• Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive in taking initiative.
• Comfortable using multiple computer systems and learning new software.
