About the role

Join our growing remote team as a Vacation Planning Consultant. You will help clients design unforgettable vacations, from cruises and all‑inclusive resorts to Disney destinations and international getaways, providing end‑to‑end support.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and special requirements.
• Research and recommend vacation packages, cruises, resorts, and destinations.
• Create personalized itineraries and coordinate reservations with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up throughout the booking process.
• Stay updated on destination news, promotions, and supplier training.
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Sales or hospitality experience is a plus; training will be provided.
