About the role

We are looking for a high‑impact Remote Sales Executive to drive national growth by converting discretionary services into essential business solutions. The role is fully remote and ideal for a senior sales professional who thrives on autonomy, target‑driven activity, and full‑cycle sales management.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential national accounts independently.
  • Execute high‑volume outbound outreach (cold calls, emails) to build a pipeline from scratch.
  • Understand customer pain points and align solutions with operational requirements.
  • Reframe conversations to position discretionary services as core business necessities.
  • Manage and close your own book of business through consistent follow‑up and negotiation.
  • Deliver effective online demos that clearly demonstrate ROI.
  • Track personal KPIs, forecast the sales pipeline, and report results.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Participate in weekly virtual strategy reviews with a supervisor.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of meeting quota.
  • Experience generating self‑sourced leads and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Comfort engaging executive‑level decision‑makers.
  • Strong discipline for remote work environments.

Required skills

  • Fluency with CRM tools.
