Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

BuzzyBooth is seeking a Remote Sales Development Representative to engage business owners, qualify opportunities, and schedule sales demonstrations. You will use a multi‑touch outreach strategy across phone, email, SMS and WhatsApp while maintaining a professional, personable approach.

Key responsibilities

• Contact inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and text, executing structured multi‑touch follow‑up sequences.
• Qualify prospects based on business type, traffic, needs, authority and interest.
• Book qualified demonstrations for the sales team and re‑engage older leads.
• Manage pipelines, tasks, conversations, notes and appointment statuses in GoHighLevel.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of SDR, appointment‑setting or outbound sales experience.
• Proven ability to use calls, emails and SMS together.
• Hands‑on experience with GoHighLevel.
• Strong spoken and written English with a clear, confident phone presence.
• Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls and handling objections.
• Reliable internet, computer, headset and a quiet work environment.
• Available during designated U.S. business hours.
