Remote Project Manager – Asana Workflow Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Remote Project Manager to own task management systems, workflow execution, and cross‑department accountability using Asana. The role supports company‑wide operations for a US partner, ensuring teams stay on track with deliverables and standardized processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize Asana project structures, workflows, templates, and automations.
• Monitor daily task progress, enforce deadlines, and follow up with owners to ensure accountability.
• Coordinate cross‑functional deliverables across marketing, creative, ads, brand, and leadership teams.
• Produce Asana dashboards and regular status reports for leadership visibility.
• Audit projects to identify overdue tasks, missing assignees, and stalled deliverables, escalating blockers as needed.
• Support creation and upkeep of SOPs, documenting internal workflows and process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project or operations management, preferably with 2+ years using Asana in a professional setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on follow‑up and accountability.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean, well‑structured systems.

• AI tools and automation (including scripting or lightweight tool development).
• Automation workflows and rule‑based task routing.
• Dashboard creation and reporting within Asana.
