Remote Producer – Video Campaigns

About the role

High Scale is looking for a Remote Producer to act as the central nervous system of multiple video campaigns. You will translate client goals and creative vision into actionable production plans, ensuring high‑volume output without sacrificing quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end production of several video campaigns simultaneously, from brief to final delivery.
• Build and enforce detailed schedules, aligning Art Directors, Editors, and Creators on milestones.
• Allocate resources, track budgets, and ensure profitability.
• Coordinate with sourcing to book voice‑over talent, UGC creators, and post‑production specialists.
• Translate strategy and client feedback into clear tasks for production teams.
• Maintain quality‑control checkpoints to meet technical and aesthetic standards.
• Master and optimize the remote workflow using Asana, ClickUp, Slack, and Frame.io.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience as a Producer in a digital agency, production company, or high‑growth tech environment.
• Proven track record delivering high‑volume video campaigns for social media or TV.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a detail‑oriented mindset.
