Remote Graphic Designer – Presentations & Digital Design

About the role

As a Remote Graphic Designer you will create visual assets for a variety of client customers, focusing on digital, print and presentation formats. The role is production‑focused, requiring you to translate briefs into polished, brand‑aligned designs while working independently from home.

Key responsibilities

• Apply graphic design principles—typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy—to produce high‑quality digital and print assets.
• Develop design assets primarily using Canva and the Affinity Suite, while remaining adaptable to Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Prepare and deliver print‑ready files for flyers, brochures, labels, merchandise and other collateral, adhering to bleed, trim and color mode standards.
• Design business presentations and slide decks using information hierarchy, branded composition and visual storytelling.
• Handle multiple design projects per day across diverse clients and industries.
• Engage regularly with customers and team members to ensure design quality aligns with brand guidelines.
• Organise digital assets—including images, project files and graphics—efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest design tools, trends and techniques.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in core graphic design principles such as typography, color theory, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Demonstrated ability to apply communication‑focused design thinking across various deliverable types.
• Proficiency with Canva as the primary platform and experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and/or Affinity Photo, Designer, Publisher.
• Ability to transition between Adobe and Affinity workflows as needed.
• Solid understanding of print production standards including bleed, trim, safe zones and CMYK/RGB colour modes.
• Proficiency in presentation tools like Google Slides, PowerPoint and Keynote.
• Experience creating designs that adhere to brand guidelines across digital, print and presentation formats.
• Quick learner with a growth mindset and openness to feedback.
