Remote ESL Teacher – Guaranteed Hours

About the role

Join a growing online teaching company and deliver adult English lessons from the comfort of your home. You will work with students across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and South America, using fully prepared materials and a supportive admin team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver adult English lessons to students across Europe, Asia, Middle East and South America using the company’s online platform.
• Follow prepared teaching materials and lesson plans provided by the company.
• Maintain attendance records and submit lesson reports through the internal system.
• Participate in ongoing professional development courses offered through the Inspire Academy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Accredited 120‑hour (or higher) TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification.
• Minimum 6 months experience teaching or tutoring English as a second language.
• Native English speaker from USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand.
• Currently residing in Central/South America or South‑East Asia with a clean criminal record.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a computer meeting Intel Core i5 (2 GHz) or higher, 8 GB RAM.
• Stable broadband connection of at least 20 Mbps (wired).
• Noise‑cancelling headset and HD webcam.
• Quiet, well‑lit teaching environment; UPS backup power if needed.
