Remote Construction Estimator – Fire Protection Systems

About the role

We are seeking a remote Construction Estimator specialized in fire protection and fire suppression systems. The role supports our commercial construction pipeline by delivering accurate cost estimates and managing the full bidding process.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare precise material takeoffs and cost estimates for fire protection and sprinkler systems.
• Review architectural plans, specifications, and bid documents for compliance.
• Manage the end‑to‑end bidding cycle, from opportunity identification to proposal submission.
• Submit competitive bids to maintain a steady flow of projects.
• Follow established estimating processes and coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely submissions.
• Track multiple bid opportunities while meeting strict deadlines.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of experience estimating fire protection, fire suppression, or fire sprinkler systems.
• Experience with U.S. commercial construction projects.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Availability to work during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
• Reliable internet connection and remote work setup.
