Remote Clinical Trial Support Specialist

About the role

Angel City VA is seeking remote Clinical Trial Support Specialists to assist independent research sites, sponsors and CROs across the full trial lifecycle. The role is fully virtual and open to candidates in multiple regions, offering full‑time, part‑time or project‑based contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Guide trial participants through study procedures, visit expectations and informed‑consent processes.
• Deliver patient education and engagement initiatives to improve retention.
• Provide regulatory support, ensuring compliance with GCP and HIPAA standards.
• Assist with study operations, including documentation, data entry and site communication.
• Support finance and administrative tasks related to trial budgeting and invoicing.
• Maintain sponsor and CRO relationships, facilitating timely information flow.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in medical or biopharmaceutical environments.
• Completed and current training in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and HIPAA.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Willingness to provide three professional references and undergo background checks.
