Remote Clinical Trial Support Specialist

About the role

Angel City VA is seeking experienced remote professionals to support independent clinical research sites, sponsors, CROs, and healthcare organizations. The role involves assisting with various clinical trial operations, patient engagement, and regulatory support across the full trial lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Walk participants through study procedures and visit expectations at each trial stage.
• Support the informed‑consent process and patient education initiatives.
• Deliver retention touchpoints and follow‑up throughout the study.
• Assist with regulatory documentation and sponsor communications as needed.
• Provide administrative and financial support to study sites.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in medical or biopharmaceutical settings.
• Current GCP and HIPAA training certifications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to ethical patient care.
