Remote Bookkeeper with Salesforce Expertise

About the role

We are seeking a reliable remote Bookkeeper who also has strong Salesforce experience. This full‑time, long‑term position supports a U.S. company and offers consistent work with clear processes.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations and month‑end close.
• Issue invoices, follow up on collections and maintain vendor records and payment schedules.
• Prepare financial reports for the CPA and leadership team.
• Create, update and organize lead and contact records in Salesforce, merge duplicates and keep data clean.
• Manage pipeline stages, update opportunity records and log activities such as calls, emails and meetings.
• Generate basic reports and dashboards on pipeline status, conversion rates and activity tracking.
• Set reminders, follow‑up tasks and use calendar/activity feed to stay on top of prospects.
• Log emails to Salesforce records and track opens/replies via Outlook or Gmail integration.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of hands‑on Salesforce experience.
• Proven bookkeeping experience with full‑cycle responsibilities.
• Background in manufacturing or healthcare industry.
• Polished, well‑spoken and presentable communication style.
