About the role

We are a U.S.-based health insurance agency seeking a motivated Remote Appointment Setter. You will qualify inbound and outbound leads, assess ACA eligibility, and schedule high‑quality appointments for our licensed agents.

Key responsibilities

Qualify leads based on income, household size, and ACA eligibility criteria.
Identify Qualifying Life Events (QLEs) and conduct pre‑screening for ACA and private PPO options.
Book appointments while maintaining low no‑show rates.
Handle objections professionally and confidently.
Follow up with prospects via text campaigns and email.
Maintain accurate records and notes in the CRM system.

Required profile

Advanced/Fluent English with a neutral or light accent.
Strong, confident communication style suitable for U.S. customers.
Experience working with U.S. clients or in a call‑center environment.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven.
Quiet workspace and stable internet connection.

Required skills

What we offer

Full‑time schedule on U.S. EST hours (Mon‑Fri 8 am‑11 am & 4 pm‑8 pm, Sat 8 am‑11 am).
Remote work environment.
