Remote Account Manager – SaaS & Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Remote Account Manager to own the success of a large portfolio of local businesses using the OneLocal platform. You will work closely with clients to drive growth, ensure platform adoption, and maintain high retention rates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 100+ SMB clients, taking full ownership of their outcomes and net retention.
• Lead regular strategic business reviews to demonstrate ROI and align solutions with client goals.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Implementation Specialists, Digital Marketing Experts and Marketing Strategists to deliver seamless service.
• Identify churn risks or technical issues early and implement corrective actions.
• Advocate for the OneLocal platform, helping clients become long‑term brand advocates.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager or similar role in a SaaS, marketing agency or tech startup.
• Proven ability to handle a high volume of SMB accounts.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong verbal and written communication.
• Adaptable, organized and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, honesty and integrity.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
